FSO Inspection

Food Safety Offivce is the competent authority to inspect your premises and instruct the necessary arrangement to comply with FSSAI norms.
FSO has to power to approve your registration or decline your Registration

Registration Certificate validity

Regsitration issued by Fssai is Valid for aperiod time but it should be renewed before 30days from the date of Expire. 1.Regsitration issued by Fssai is Valid for aperiod time but it should be renewed before 30days from the date of Expire.
2.Any Regsitration is not Renewed in stipulated period og time then Fssai will a penalty of Rs.100 per Day.

Modification of Registration Certificate

1.Registration Certificate issued by Fssai can be modified, If the jurisdition and scope is same
2.Any change in Jurisdition or scope of business, Fssai will charge you modification fee of Rs.100 per Year.
