After submitting a complete application, the project proponent's site will be inspected by PPCC officers. The subject will then be presented to the appropriate committee for a decision. Consent for establishment will be issued for a validity period of five years for non-EC cases and seven years for EC-attracting cases for applications that are complete. If the project proponent is unable to complete the project establishment within the stipulated years, they must apply for a CTE extension one month before the CTE expiration.
